By far one of the prettiest towns I have ever stayed in and a perfect location to visit Niagara Falls. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Right on Lake Ontario. Loads of vineyards within the area. Will be back.

Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead.
Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead. Lots of tourists and locals - so if there is music - know it may be hard to get into a place for a quick bite to eat. The app for parking near down town is fantastic.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town.
I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, romantic little village that is vibrant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping, theatre, restaurants, and took advantage of the warm weather with a nice long walk along the water's edge and checking out the historical landmarks along the way!

This is not the Savoy Hotel in London! The Inn is a small British style, family operated B&B. It is located between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake with easy access to the area main roads and freeway. Niagara on the Lake is a quaint and popular small city so therefore touristy. To me it ranks with the much larger Canadian cities: Victoria (British), Quebec City (French), and Charlottetown PEI and Halifax NS ( Maritime). In the area there are many wineries and Historical sites.
It was awesome .We stayed with two other couples in the cottage. I had just had surgery on my leg so the special needs accessibility was perfect. The ramp was easy to get in and out of the car. The parking lot in back was great so no one had to park on street. The winery trails were less than a half of mile from house . I rented a electric scooter down the street and was able to get down town from house very easily. Enough towels to accommodate our crew
The room was comfortable and clean, with minimal amenities (no fridge, for example). Bed and pillows were pretty good and we slept well. The room had a/c, though an old one that had to work to keep things cool. Great location right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Free parking, which made things easy. Friendly staff and the room was made up each morning.
Attic room lovely for family, with river views from balcony. Fully functioning kitchen. Good quality food and sundries (soaps, coffee pods, etc). Location beautiful in picturesque village, river brief walk from hotel. Perfect to be away from Niagara crowds, but just 20 mins from falls . Trees and wildlife everywhere.
Very nice hospitality, staff was very warm and welcoming. We had taken a king room suite for 2 nights. Room was quite clean and spacious to my family's liking. Best thing about the hotel was it was sort friendly hotel and welcomed our dog with a cookie treat. The hotel is also very well located from all nearby spots.
Loved the hotel itself! Beautiful and cleanliness was exceptional! 2nd floor maid & cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly! Also our waiter in the Churchill lounge was very friendly! A customer quality that ranks high with us Southern US folks!
The Hotel is a preferred location and easy to access all amenities , we often stay at Prince of Whales it is one of our favorite couples getaway spots. Romantic as well as beautiful. The dinning and service excellent. Even with covid restrictions.
Breakfast was good, the price of this hotel was shameful. It's dark, old, has only double beds, the pillows were pitiful, the bathroom was not spotless, you could hear everything in the hallway and priced like a luxury hotel.
Noticed in canada, most hotels charge for breakfast. As this one did also. At least they have a restaurant on site. Nothing is within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were visiting Niagara on the Lake and stayed just for 1 night.
Everything was perfect with the accommodation and our Omelettes for breakfast were exceptional.
A lovely place to stay.
The location was great for the main shopping streets in Niagara on the lake. Also walking distance to the lake which was beautiful. The room was lovely in a stunning building.
Great location with a little walk to the high street. Breakfast is at the hotel across the road. Very helpful host! We loved Niagara on the lake it was beautiful.
